PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for an acoustic device capable of removing a water film formed in an acoustic hole by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A cover lid 20 of an acoustic device to be mounted on a vehicle comprises: grooves 23 which are formed at least one of a cover inner surface 20b and a cover outer surface 20a and used for slipping water down; and acoustic holes 21 which are formed in the middle of the grooves 23 and extend from the cover inner surface 20b through to the cover outer surface 20a.
