The present invention relates to a composition comprising at least one extract selected from the group consisting of a Mollugo pentaphylla L. extract, an Alisma plantago-aquatica L. var. orientale Samuelsson extract, an Elaeocarpus sylvestris var. ellipticus (Thunb.) Hara extract, and a Cimicifuga acerina (S. et Z.) TANAKA extract as an active ingredient, for preventing, alleviating, or treating Th2-mediated immune diseases. According to the present invention, the extract is capable of preventing, alleviating, or treating Th2-mediated immune diseases by having IL-4 generation inhibitory activities and degranulation inhibitory activities of mast cells.
