monitoring power consumption used in performance of a plurality of tasks by the mobile communications device; determining an amount of power that remains in a battery of the mobile communications device; determining, for each of the plurality of tasks and based on the determined amount of power that remains in the battery, an amount of time that the mobile communications device can continue to operate while executing each of the plurality of tasks; and displaying a user interface on a display device of the mobile communications device that describes the determined amounts of time that the communications device can continue to operate while executing each of the plurality of tasks. |
