摘要 A serving base station receives a first message comprising at least one parameter indicating whether a wireless device supports configuration of timing advance groups (TAGs). The serving base station transmits a second message causing assignment of each of at least one secondary cell to a TAG in a first plurality of TAGs. The serving base station transmits a third message to a target base station. The third message comprises at least one of: the at least one parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports configuration of the plurality of TAGs; and configuration information of the first plurality of TAGs.

A method comprising: receiving, by a first base station from a wireless device, a first message comprising at least one parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports configuration of a plurality of cell groups; transmitting, selectively and if the at least one parameter indicates support for configuration of the plurality of cell groups, at least one second message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells grouped into a first plurality of cell groups, the first plurality of cell groups comprising: a first cell group comprising a first subset of the plurality of cells, uplink transmission timing in the first cell group being derived employing a first cell in the first cell group; anda second cell group comprising a second subset of the plurality of cells, uplink transmission timing in the second cell group being derived employing a second cell in the second cell group; and transmitting, to a second base station and after the first base station makes a handover decision, at least one third message comprising at least one of: the at least one parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports configuration of the plurality of cell groups; andconfiguration information of the first plurality cell groups.
