In order to promote efficient electricity-saving behavior based on a consideration of specific individual environments of consumer households including the viewpoint of immediacy, an electricity-saving assist system (100) is configured from: a first processing unit (110) that specifies a power demand/supply plan by estimating, on the basis of a predicted power consumption amount and a predicted generated power amount of a generator device within a predetermined time that are estimated with respect to a predetermined consumer facility, and electricity storage battery information kept in a storage unit (101), power purchase content from a line power supply (1) that satisfies the predicted power consumption amount in the consumer facility in combination with the predicted generated power amount, and power feeding content from the electricity storage battery to the consumer facility; a second processing unit (111) that accepts a selection of an electric facility for electricity-saving via an input unit (105); and a third processing unit (112) that displays, on an output unit (106), predetermined advice in accordance with a level of achievement of an electricity-saving target based on a predicted electricity-saving amount estimated under the condition of the power demand/supply plan. |
