A disclosed polyurethane resin composition preventing yellowing and having high transparency comprises a main agent part including an urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting polycaprolacton-based polyol and an aromatic diisocyanate compound; and a curing agent part including polycaprolacton-based polyol and a diol compound having four to six carbon atoms. The polyurethane resin composition is used to manufacture a polyurethane product maintaining high elongation and restitution at high hardness.
