DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a display device and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the display device comprises: data lines disposed on a substrate in a first direction to deliver data signals; gate lines disposed on the substrate in a second direction to deliver gate signals; and thin film transistors disposed in each pixel defined by intersecting the gate lines and data lines. The thin film transistor includes: a crystallized oxide semiconductor including atoms of metal materials inside the thin film; a source electrode and a drain electrode which are in contact with the oxide semiconductor; a gate insulating layer disposed on one side surface of the oxide semiconductor; and a gate disposed on one side surface of the gate insulating layer.
