The present invention relates to a lifeboat having a structure movable on the sea in polar regions. The lifeboat comprises: a hull (10) which has a skirt (15) and a propeller (20); a lift module (30) which has multiple unit skirts (32) on the skirt (15); and a control unit (40) which changes lifting force caused by the lift module (30) by corresponding to the geographical features of a moving route of the hull (10). Therefore, the present invention rapidly and safely moves and rescues the lifeboat where multiple crews board from an accident area regardless of the place, such as on the sea or on the ice, in the case of an accident in an offshore structure placed in the polar regions.
