PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a host material exhibiting high luminous efficiency and excellent lifetime properties.SOLUTION: Provided are the new organic electroluminescent compound formed by condensing six-membered-ring, five-membered-ring, six-membered-ring, five-membered-ring, six-membered-ring in this order and the organic electroluminescent element including the same. They may be used for manufacturing an OLED element having extremely excellent lifetime properties.
