摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet device, a control method of a liquid jet head, and a control method of the liquid jet device which can efficiently discharge air bubbles in a nozzle while reducing useless consumption of a liquid.SOLUTION: When a length in a center axis direction of a straight part (a second nozzle part 37b) is L(μm) and a floating speed of an air bubble determined in response to an inner diameter d of a nozzle, density &rgr; of ink, and a diameter r of the air bubble B is Vr(μm/s), an actuator is driven by a flushing pulse within (L+5)/Vr(s) after a nozzle surface is wiped by a wiper to carry out jet operation and perform flushing processing. The flushing pulse in the flushing processing suitably has a driving waveform by which a meniscus in the nozzle is pressed to a jet side to jet the ink from the nozzle without actively drawing the meniscus from an initial position to a pressure chamber side.
