PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery ticket allowing a reading device to read out a target zip code number, a telephone number and a bar-code as a whole, and a manufacturing method for the delivery ticket.SOLUTION: For such one of a plurality of tickets as is used at first for a data input on a delivery cargo having a ticket attached thereto, a bar code 30 for indicating a unique number attached to a delivery ticket is disposed close to and above the list for writing the target zip code number and the target telephone number, and the bar code 30 has a breadth equal to that of a bar code of another ticket in the delivery ticket and a height shortened, so that the bar code, the target zip code number and the telephone number can be read out altogether by the reading device. |
