PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with which a selection menu of agricultural products is presented to a consumer, a desired agricultural product can easily be ordered, and the desired agricultural product can be cultivated appropriately.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 300 comprises a menu display unit 320 for displaying a desired-quality selection menu 311 on which qualities of agricultural products are categorized into multiple ranks. An information processing apparatus 100 comprises: a processing-side desired-quality storage unit 120 for storing the rank of the agricultural product quality selected from the desired-quality selection menu 311 as desired-agricultural product information 131; a cultivation environment table 132 in which cultivation environment information is predefined for each rank; a processing-side desired-environment extraction unit 140 for extracting from the cultivation environment table 132 the desired-environment information 133 corresponding to the rank indicated by the desired-environment information 133; and a processing-side transmission unit 150 for transmitting the desired-environment information 133 to a plant factory 200. The plant factory 200 comprises a cultivation environment control unit 210 for exerting control over an environment regulation device 220 on the basis of the desired-environment information 133.
