PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic ball bearing capable of maintaining excellent sealability of a seal portion by suppressing the transmission of water to the seal portion.SOLUTION: A hermetic ball bearing comprises: an inner ring; an outer ring; a plurality of rolling elements disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring; and sealing devices disposed in two axial end portions of the hermetic ball bearing, respectively and sealing a gap between the inner ring and the outer ring, the sealing device each including a cored bar attached to the outer ring and a main lip provided integrally with the cored bar and abutting on an outer circumferential surface of the inner ring, and the inner ring including a groove provided outward, in an axial direction of the bearing, of the main lip. |
