PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film processing device which stably forms holes in a resin film.SOLUTION: A resin film processing device 1 includes conveyance means 2 having a grooved roller 21 which conveys a resin film 20. The grooved roller 21 includes: first grooves 212 formed in an outer peripheral part 211 along a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the outer peripheral part 211; second grooves 215 formed in a portion of the outer peripheral part 211 and ranging from a longitudinal center part 211a to one end side; and third grooves 216 formed in a portion of the outer peripheral part 211 and ranging from the center part 211a to the other end side.
