摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM communication system and a sub-carrier allocation method that are able to restrain increase in CP length of an OFDM signal even if there is a large difference in propagation path length between each transmission station and each reception station, and to cope with a situation even if delay time difference exceeds symbol length.SOLUTION: An OFDM communication system for performing MIMO transmission by allocating each reception station to each sub-carrier of an OFDM signal between a plurality of transmission stations and a plurality of reception stations, comprises means that detects, per reception station, delay time difference when signals transmitted by the plurality of transmission stations are received by the plurality of reception stations, and allocates a sub-carrier of the OFDM signal by dividing it into segments per reception station of which the delay time difference does not exceed preset maximum CP length. The plurality of transmission stations control corresponding transmission timing so that their delay time difference does not exceed the maximum CP length per segment.
