Provided are: a composition for powder paint capable of obtaining a powder paint capable of forming a coating film having excellent weather resistance and folding workability; a powder paint capable of forming a coating film having excellent weather resistance and folding workability; and a painted article having the coating film having excellent weather resistance and folding workability, upon the surface thereof. A composition for powder paint is used that includes a polyvinylidene fluoride (A) and at least one type of resin (B) selected from a group comprising acrylic resin, polyester resin, and epoxy resin. The polyvinylidene fluoride (A) content is 30-90 parts by mass relative to a total of 100 parts by mass of the polyvinylidene fluoride (A) and the resin (B). The polyvinylidene fluoride (A) has a melting point of 151-170°C and a heterologous sequence rate of 11%-37%.
