The present invention relates to a deoxyribonucleic acid-based silver nanocluster exhibiting a fluorescence enhancement phenomenon specific to silver ion and, more specifically, provides a method for preparing a silver nanocluster by using deoxyribonucleic acid having a chain of 8 to 20 cytosines. In addition, the present invention provides a silver ion sensitive sensor using a property exhibiting the fluorescence enhancement phenomenon specific to silver ion, and thus can be utilized in environmental and medical fields. |
