The invention describes a method for preparing a shaped porous inorganic material, by reactive extrusion, comprising at least the following steps; a) the preparation of a mixture comprising at least one liquid precursor of at least element X chosen from the group consisting of silicon, aluminium, titanium, tungsten, zirconium, gallium, germanium, tin, antimony, lead, vanadium, iron, boron, indium, manganese, hafnium, niobium, tantalum, yttrium, cerium, gadolinium, europium and neodymium, at least one mesoporosity-generating surfactant, in such a way that the percentage of dry material of the mixture obtained according to step a) expressed as a weight % is at least greater than or equal to 15%, b) the reacting of said mixture obtained in step a) implemented in an extruder to lead to the formation of shaped objects, c) the drying of said shaped object, d) the elimination of at least said surfactant in order to obtain said shaped porous inorganic material. |
