The present invention provides an eatable container manufacturing method capable of adjusting transparency to get the desirable transparency and providing functions beneficial to a user by adding a skin-aging prevention effect, a skin care effect, etc. The eatable container manufacturing method comprises: a mixing step of forming a mixture by mixing 14-20 wt% of gelatin, 7-10 wt% of gluten, and 70-80 wt% of aqueous solution; a melting step of arranging the processing solution in a heating solution (water) at a temperature of 40-50°C while the mixture formed by the mixing step is accommodated in a processing container, and heating the processing solution for 12-18 minutes to melt the same; a cooling step of cooling the mixture molten in the processing container through the melting step at a temperature of 8-12°C or lower; a molding step of pouring and molding the mixture cooled through the first cooling step into a mold having a selected shape; and a solidifying step of cooling and solidifying the mixture molded in the mold through the molding step at a temperature of 3°C or lower for 60 minutes. |
