PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the jumper length to be calculated accurately and achieve reduction or efficiency of a jumper forming operation based on the accurately-calculated jumper length.SOLUTION: In a jumper forming method, the shape of a jumper 8 is estimated using a bezier curve function, and an estimated value of a jumper length is calculated from the estimated shape of the jumper 8, and an actual jumper length is set in accordance with the calculated estimated value of the jumper length, and the jumper 8 is constructed so as to be formed at a wire support position of an iron tower. |
