PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure contact connector capable of obtaining large elastic force, while reducing the mounting area.SOLUTION: A pressure contact connector 1 has an upper flat plate 1a extending planarly, a lower flat plate 1b extending planarly, and arranged below the upper flat plate 1a, a first spring 1c coupling the upper flat plate 1a and lower flat plate 1b, and a second spring 1d extending upward from the lower flat plate 1b, and giving resilient force to the upper flat plate 1a. In the plan view from above, the first spring 1c and second spring 1d are wound about the upper flat plate 1a, and extended so as not to interfere each other when operating in the vertical direction. The first spring 1c is bent and shaped so that the vertical width W is larger than the horizontal thickness T, and the second spring 1d is bent and shaped so that the vertical width W is larger than the horizontal thickness T. |
