PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input device and an input information determination method using a touch panel, which can prevent the number of digits of a password from being identified, and do not require a precise input operation to a user in inputting the password.SOLUTION: An information input device 10 comprises: a touch panel; image information generation means that includes all characters constituting a predetermined character string, and generates and displays an input information recognition screen whose recognition area is set for each character on the touch panel; and input information determination means that recognizes that the characters corresponding to a predetermined recognition area are specified when entrance and exit to the recognition area are continuously performed in the input information recognition screen, and determines, when an arrangement of the specified characters matches the predetermined character string, that the predetermined character string is inputted. |
