TRANSFER MOLDING APPARATUS, AND TRANSFER MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer molding apparatus in which a bucket is opened and closed without wasting time to accurately transfer a rugged pattern while enhancing production efficiency.SOLUTION: The transfer molding apparatus includes: an insertion treatment part 10 for inserting a resin plate J1 into the bucket 80; a vacuum treatment part 20 for sucking the inside of the bucket 80; heating treatment parts 30, 40 for heating/pressing the bucket 80; a cooling treatment part 50 for cooling the bucket 80; a discharge treatment part 60 for discharging another resin plate J2 from the bucket 80; an intermittent rotation part 70 for intermittently rotating the bucket 80 while supporting the bucket 80; and a bucket opening/closing means for opening/closing the bucket 80. These treatment parts 10-60 are disposed circumferentially and each of them performs each treatment on the different buckets 80 at the same time. The bucket 80 is opened by the insertion treatment part 10 and the discharge treatment part 60 and is closed and sucked when treated by other treatment parts. The bucket is treated by all of the treatment parts 10-60 in one rotation and the rugged pattern is transferred to the resin plate J2.
