摘要 The present invention relates to a wireless communications system. A method for enabling a terminal to determine the bit length of a rank index (RI) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: receiving the information of the number of a first reference signal (RS) antenna ports of a first cell and of the number of a second RS antenna ports of a second cell; receiving the information of the number of first layers and second layers; mapping the number of the first layers to one of the first and the second cell and the number of the second layers to the other cell; and determining the bit length of a first RI based on the minimum value among the number of the first layers and the number of the RS antenna ports associated with the number of the first layers, and the bit length of a second RI based on the minimum value among the number of the second layers and the number of the RS antenna ports associated with the number of the second layers.
