摘要 The present invention relates to a direct carbon fuel cell system and, more specifically, to a direct carbon fuel cell system for maximizing the fuel efficiency of a direct carbon fuel cell. The direct carbon fuel cell system of the present invention comprises: a direct carbon fuel cell which is composed of a fuel electrode (anode), an air electrode (cathode), and an electrolyte; and a high-temperature type fuel cell which is connected to the direct carbon fuel cell and uses, as fuel, unreacted materials and reaction byproducts discharged from the fuel electrode (anode). According to the direct carbon fuel cell system of the present invention, the generating efficiency of the direct carbon fuel cell can be improved by using useful gases, which are generated as an operation result of the direct carbon fuel cell, to generate additional electricity through the high-temperature type fuel cell.
