This daylighting member is provided with a first daylighting unit and a second daylighting unit which have daylighting properties different from one another. The first daylighting unit reflects incident light in a desired direction and emits the same, and is provided with a light-permeable first substrate and with multiple light-permeable daylighting units which are provided on a first surface of the first substrate. The second daylighting unit diffuses and emits incident light, so the first daylighting unit and the second daylighting unit are provided side by side in a direction crossing the direction of extension of the daylighting units.
