PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a medical drain tube, the method that can mold the medical drain tube where at least the outer diameters of a transfer part and drain part are uniform with good molding workability, as well as a crosshead die for use in the manufacturing method and a crosshead extruder.SOLUTION: A crosshead die is provided for forming a medical drain tube with a tube-shaped part, a transfer part and a drain part by extrusion molding. The crosshead die has: an outer die; an inner die having a fixed inner die capable of forming a drain part and transfer part and a movable inner die supported in a forward and backward movable manner and capable of forming a tube-shaped part along with the fixed inner die; and movable claws disposed in the forward and backward movable manner on a discharge side surface of the outer die. A crosshead extruder is formed by including the crosshead die. Also, a manufacturing method is provided for manufacturing the medical drain tube by extrusion molding with the forward and backward movement according to the tube-shaped part, the transfer part and the drain part with respect to the inner die of the crosshead extruder and the movable claws, respectively. |
