PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody resin composition capable of improving furthermore hardness and flexibility of a woody resin molding by combining components properly, and by achieving an excellent dispersion state of the components.SOLUTION: After kneading a polyolefin resin material having Brinell hardness of 20-40 MPa with a woody material, a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer having Brinell hardness of 1-5 MPa is added thereto and kneaded together.
