PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit easy-to-manufacture and adjustable to a desired rigidity.SOLUTION: The building unit has a framework constituted of a beam material and a column material. A column which is disposed at a corner part is a group column 11 constituted of plural unit poles 111, which are integrated at weld parts 112. The group column is connected to a floor beam 12 (12A) via a joint piece 14. The unit pole is constituted of square steel tubes, and the exposed outside surfaces 111a, 111a of the neighboring unit poles are welded to join to each other. |
