PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable spiral cutting cooking tool for cutting a large amount of vegetables into a spiral shape in a short time.SOLUTION: In a vegetable spiral cutting tool, when a potato shown in a state of dotted line is pushed in a casing 3, a coil spring 4 is compressed by the potato and, simultaneously, a spiral special shape blade 7 is lowered, and when it is pushed sufficiently, a lid 8 is fixed to a lid lock guide 10. Next, when an electric rotary tool (not shown) is fitted in a hexagon nut 14 and it is rotated at high speed, the potato rotates at high speed and the potato is cut in a spiral manner by the spiral special shape blade 7, and as the proceeding of cutting, the spiral special shape blade 7 goes up. When the high-speed cutting of the potato is completed, the portion cut in the spiral shape connects, falls off naturally as an original-shaped massive potato, and falls to a water tank through an inner chute 5. |
