PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a padding body in which the bending crack resistance of a weld part is improved.SOLUTION: On the surface of a base material, a welded metal is formed by padding. The base material has a composition comprising C, Cr, Mo, V and Nb of specific amounts; Si, Mn, P, S, Cu, Ni and N whose amounts are regulated to specific levels or less; and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The welded metal has a composition comprising Ni, Cr and Nb of specific amounts; C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cu, Mo, V and N whose amounts are regulated to specific levels or less; and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, and satisfying the numerical formula (A). Herein, the Cr content and C content of the base material and the welded metal satisfy the numerical formula (B). |
