a latch unit configured to change logic levels of differential output terminals according to a difference between two data inputted through differential input terminals; a reset unit configured to perform an equalization function by selectively resetting first and second intermediate nodes in response to control signals; and a control unit configured to generate the control signals according to a reset condition and previous input data.
