The present invention provides a processing device and a processing method to connect a leading wire of a cable to a circuit terminal. According to the present invention, the processing device comprises: a welding unit which connects a leading wire exposed from a cable to the outside, to a circuit terminal, wherein the cable is provided with a plurality of leading wires; a number of welding units to as many as the number of leading wires are provided on a transfer path of the cable; and each of the welding units connecting one leading wire not connected to the circuit terminal of the leading wires to the circuit terminal. |
