Disclosed are a method and apparatus for processing a ray tracing, which perform a ray-box intersection test of a ray generated from a light source in each axis of three coordinates defining a three-dimensional graphic environment and a bounding box based on information on the bounding box including a light source disposed in the three-dimensional graphic environment and an object. The apparatus for processing the ray tracing comprises: an intersection test unit for testing whether a ray and a bounding box are intersected; and a rendering unit for rendering an object. |
