The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method capable of rapidly recovering a service at low costs when a failure occurs by applying a software defined network (SDN) technique in an environment configured by multiplexing a service system to provide high availability of the service. The apparatus for recovering a failure of a service comprises a system management unit, a failure determination unit, and a failure recovery unit. Accordingly, the present invention is to provide the method which can rapidly restore the service at low costs when the failure occurs by applying the SDN technique in the environment configured by multiplexing the service system to provide high availability of the service. |
