PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easily recognizable to suppress charging and discharging of an on-vehicle battery.SOLUTION: A charging/discharging display device 1 for a battery 30 mounted in a vehicle, includes: a motor-generator 31 driven by electric power output from a battery 30 for running and driving the vehicle; a motor control unit 32 for driving the motor-generator 31 in response to vehicle running to generate electric power, and inputting the electric power generated by the motor-generator 31 to the battery 30 to charge the battery 30 while braking the vehicle; and a suppression gain computing unit 22 and an output indication torque computing unit 23 of a control unit 20 suppressing charging and discharging of the battery 30. The device 1 displays an input/output electric power status of the battery 30 by moving an indicator, displays a charging/discharging suppression state of the battery 30 by turning on a lamp 10 provided on a tip end of the indicator, and turns on the lamp 10 on the basis of a suppression rate (suppression gain G) of charging/discharging of the battery 30 when the charging/discharging is suppressed. |
