BUILDING MATERIAL PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material panel for maintaining high heat insulation performance for a long period without causing the unevenness and warpage due to a temperature change.SOLUTION: A building material panel 1 includes a vacuum heat insulation material 3 installed on a gypsum wall board 2, and a foamed heat insulation layer 4 fixed to the peripheral edge of the gypsum wall board 2 while covering the vacuum heat insulation material 3. The vacuum heat insulation material 3 is formed by inserting glass wool through the opening of a packaging material formed of a laminate film and deaerating it before thermally depositing the opening to be sealed. Each thermally deposited edge of the vacuum heat insulation material 3 is turned into the side of the vacuum heat insulation material 3 to form a fin part 8. The vacuum heat insulation material 3 is placed on the gypsum wall board 2 with the fin part 8 directed to the side of the gypsum wall board 2, and a space between each side face of the vacuum heat insulation material 3 and the gypsum wall board 2 is sealed over the whole periphery with a sealing tape 11. The vacuum heat insulation material 3 is covered with the foamed heat insulation material and sealed in a space from the gypsum wall board 2. The gypsum wall board 2 has a communication hole 2a for communicating a clearance gap S from the vacuum heat insulation material 3 with outside air so that air around the fin part 8 is exhausted through the communication hole 2a to the outside even when thermally expanded under a high-temperature environment.
