PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat unevenness which easily occurs in a polarizing plate, in a method for manufacturing a polarizing plate in which transparent resin films are stuck to a polarizing film through an ultraviolet curable adhesive and followed by irradiating ultraviolet rays to cure the ultraviolet curable adhesive.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a polarizing plate 5 in which transparent resin films 2 and 3 are stuck to a polarizing film 1 composed of a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin through an ultraviolet curable adhesive to form a laminate 4 and followed by irradiating with ultraviolet rays emitted from an ultraviolet irradiation device 16 to cure the adhesive, a wavelength filter 18 which can cut light having a wavelength of 400 nm or more is disposed on the side from which light from the ultraviolet irradiation device 16 is emitted, that is, between the ultraviolet irradiation device 16 and the laminate 4, and the light having a wavelength of 400 nm or more is substantially blocked, thereby irradiating with ultraviolet rays having only a wavelength of substantially 400 nm or less to the laminate 4 to cure the adhesive. |
