PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core capable of securing a high space factor and high reliability of a stator coil, and to provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing economically the stator coil with high quality.SOLUTION: In each core sheet 10, deep groove parts 14 are provided at a bottom part of a slot part 12, a step area 15 formed of a winding terminal 10a of the core sheet 10 is provided at a region of the deep groove part 14, and in the step area 15 is provided a shift shape part 15a which is inclined in a circumferential direction so that an end surface in a shaft direction of a laminate core 1 makes a predetermined surface across the whole circumference. This allows a deformed region such as a defect and unevenness generated on a peripheral edge of the bottom part of the slot part 12 of the laminate core 1 to be retreated in an outer diameter direction from the bottom part of the slot part 12 so as to prevent stator coils from interfering with the deformed region, so that a space factor of the stator coils C can be increased, reliability of the stator coils C can be secured and further the stator coils can be economically manufactured without needing a special step for providing the deep groove part 14. |
