PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology in which information on the location of a certain object in an image obtained by capturing the outside of a vehicle is recorded with the image without compromising the image.SOLUTION: An obtaining means (S120) obtains a first image capturing the outside of a vehicle. An identification means (S130) identifies a target coordinate indicating the location in the first image of a certain object that exists in a range captured as the first image. A generation means (S170) generates a second image that is an image enclosing the first image and in which a location marking that is a sign indicating the target coordinate is applied to the outside the edge of the first image. A recording means (S180) records the second image to a recording medium.
