1. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions that when executed by a machine result in the following:
calculating a first distance between first and second devices, based on receiving, at the first device, a plurality of wirelessly transmitted signals from the second device wherein at least one of the wirelessly transmitted signals was not intended for the first device; determining a direction of a movement of the first device; calculating a second distance between the first and second devices after the movement of the first device; determining a relative position of the first device with respect to the second device based on the direction of the movement, the first distance, and the second distance; receiving a user gesture, the user gesture indicating (1) a transfer of data from the first device to the second device and (2) a direction toward the second device; and transmitting the data from the first device to the second device based on the user gesture indicating the position toward the second device.
