摘要 The present invention relates to a nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide-carbon nanofiber composite, and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide-carbon nanofiber composite comprises titanium dioxide, nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide, titanium nitride, and carbon nanofiber. 3.4-13.8 wt% of the titanium dioxide and nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide is included based on a carbon nanofiber. The nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide is in an anatase phase. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide-carbon nanofiber composite, which comprises the following steps: producing a spinning solution by dissolving a carbon nanofiber precursor material in a solvent and adding and dispersing titanium dioxide nanoparticles in the solvent; producing a titanium dioxide-carbon nanofiber composite by electrically spinning the produced spinning solution; and carbonizing the produced composite in a nitrogen atmosphere.
