The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating and diagnosing skin which comprises: an ultrasonic wave controlling device including an ultrasonic wave converter so as to carry out treatment for skin by generating ultrasonic waves; and an optical coherence tomography (OCT) including a Galvano mirror, sequentially radiating skin with light emitted from a light source in accordance with the rotation of the Galvano mirror, sequentially detecting the light reflected from the skin by using a light detector so as to extract an image for a section of the skin.
