THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION WITH EXCELLENT LOW GLOSS CHARACTERISTIC AND IMPACT RESISTANCE AND MOLDED ARTICLE USING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition with excellent impact resistance and quenched characteristics, and to a molded article using the same. The composition of the present invention comprises: (A) a polycarbonate resin; (B) a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer; and (C) a branched copolymer produced from a mixture comprising a silicone-based compound containing two or more unsaturated reactive groups. The composition of the present invention contains the branched copolymer using a novel silicone-based compound cross-linking agent at an optimal ratio, thereby exhibiting superior quenched characteristics without an additional matting agent and maintaining excellent impact resistance as well.
