Provided is a slicer (1) comprising: a metallic embedded nut (110) arranged in a nut adhering hole (18) connected to a slit (16) by being arranged on the back of the slice blade (20); and a slice blade fixer (100) having a coupling bolt (120) screwed on the embedded nut (110), while being inserted into a bolt hole (21) formed on the end of the slice blade (20) by being arranged on the surface of the slide blade (20). |
