According to an aspect of the present invention, a bipedal exercise apparatus having a guide rail includes: a treadmill which includes driving shafts, which are arranged to be rotated, and an infinite track, which is moved by the driving shafts; a plurality of guide rails which are arranged under the treadmill and are joined in the direction crossed by a moving direction of the infinite track; a support plate which supports the rails from the down side; a rotation driving unit which rotates the support plate; and a translational driving unit which is connected to the treadmill and moves the treadmill in a longitudinal direction of the guide rails.
