The present invention is to maintain continuously a diet by inserting a character for users to be characterizing themselves, and generating a competitive sprit through making a competitive system with others because a mere diet management can be easily boring. A diet management service for achieving a goal, comprises a step of inputting a diet material comprising the kind and an amount of foods taken by a user and/or an activity amount using a personal wireless mobile communication device and transmitting the same to a wireless communication switchboard, transmitting by the wireless communication switchboard the diet material to a server that is connected to the wireless communication switchboard via a computer network, calculating by the server one or more result of a calorie taken, a calorie consumed by an activity and excessive calories based on the transmitted diet material, and transmitting the calculated result to a personal wireless mobile communication device and displaying the same. |
