A control device (1) has: left and right gripping sections (10R, 10L) that are held by a user, and are provided with first control members (11, 19); and a center section (21) that connects the left and right gripping sections (10R, 10L). The control device (1) has a second control member (22) that constitutes the top of the center section (21). The second control member (22) includes a touch sensor (23) positioned between the first control members of the left and right gripping sections (10R, 10L), and is supported in such a manner as to enable up and down movements according to pressing operations by the user. The second control member is plate shaped, making it is easier for fingers to reach the second control member when the user is holding the gripping sections. Consequently, the usability of the control device is improved. |
