PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor capable of being miniaturized.SOLUTION: An inductor 90C includes: a stacked body 23C comprising a plurality of structures 41-47 stacked via adhesive layers 71-76, respectively, the structures 41-47 having wirings 61-67 that form a part of a coil and insulating layers 51-57 that are formed on the wiring 61-67, respectively. The inductor 90C also includes: a through hole 23X penetrating through the stacked body 23C in a thickness direction; and an insulating film 25C covering the surface of the wirings 61-67 exposed on the surface of the stacked body 23C. Wirings 61-67 vertically adjacent to each other are connected in series to form a helical coil.
