The present invention relates to apparatuses and methods for reducing pressure and discomfort on the female external genitalia. More particularly, the present invention relates to apparatuses and methods for reducing pressure on external female genitalia comprising a pad with a center opening wherein the opening of the pad is placed over the genitalia and the pad is positioned to surround the genitalia in order to evenly distribute pressure from the pad.
